My 5 Minute Beauty Routine
We're a busy mom who doesn't have a lot of time to do much of anything, but at 40 something, we always want to look our best! Here is our 5-minute beauty routine that works great, is affordable, and has kept our skin looking great.
This. Is. Me. No makeup, no hair dryer used, and a flat iron hasn't hit our head in the past 24 hours. No, we are not a beauty queen by any means, but at 41 we think we're doing alright. If you knew us in High School you'd be shocked because our skin was dry, constantly broken out, and our hair was stick straight! We don't know what happens when you age, and when you hit the big 4-0, but things definitely changed for us. We have 3 girls and work full time. Needless to say, we do not have much more than 5 minutes in the morning and evening to reset our skin and do our best to “pretty up” = take care of our skin.
For someone who has had dry sensitive skin all our life we will tell you there is a huge difference in our complexion when we do take the time to cleanse and moisturize daily and when we don't it is noticeable (not in a good way). Ugggg.
