Beyond this we typically will put a dollop of Cool Whip, a drizzle of dark chocolate syrup, hot fudge or ice cream on top and enjoy all by myself!! Love fruit? Add a little bit on top instead like Pineapple Angel Food Cake style. Fresh is always best but pie filling is another wow we love.

If you didn't want this vanilla flavor you can mix and match! Best half this and half another cake mix flavor (1.5 tbsp each) with the same amount of liquid and cook time like our strawberry mug cake.

To make things easier you can premix them both and add a few tablespoons of mix into ziploc bags. Then dump in, add water and go!

Add 3 tablespoons of angel food cake mix into a large coffee mug. Stir in water (or liquid of your choice really) and stir until combined. Do not over-mix, enough so you don't see the powder anymore.
Cook
Microwave on high (100% power) for 1 minute. Enjoy as is or with a dollop of whipped cream topping on the top.
