Cheesy chili dip
We know….it is as good as it looks! You can either cook it in a small/dipper crockpot (affiliate links present) and leave it in there for the duration of time your friends are over. You can serve it in a cast iron skillet with Jiffy cornbread in cast iron skillet. We think it looks cool this way with chips and our garlic pull apart bread beside it.
You could use ground beef or another variety like we did in our venison chili. If you double or triple this you might want to make and then pour into a slow cooker to keep warm for hours too.
Chili Cream Cheese Dip
So you're going to start by browning about a lb. of ground beef or turkey. Then drain that and add your red beans, a can of Bold MANWICH (it's not spicy), 1/2 c. sour cream and about 1/2 c. cheddar cheese (or more if you want it cheesy).
It doesn't take long at all to make and can sit on low and be reheated well if you keep it in the skillet, takes a minute or so back on the burner, or throw it in a crockpot and leave it on low for the whole time. Serve it with scoops chips and/or our garlic cheesy pull apart bread.
If you love this easy chili cheese dip then don't forget to garlic pull apart bread to serve next to this yummy appetizer!
