How do you make zucchini noodles not soggy?

Well using your Cosori is a great way to avoid this. Another tip we always recommend is to lay the spirals on paper towels to remove and absorb the moisture on the outside before tossing with olive oil. This will not only allow the oil to stick well but the water on the outside won't allow it to get as crispy and stay a bital dente. You see all the water that was on the outside?
